If you are currently supporting a young person in specialist education who will be leaving school or college, we can help them take the next steps through our adult care services.
Priory Adult Care sits alongside Priory Education and Children’s Services, as part of the Priory Group, and offers a range of personalised accommodation and tailored support packages to prepare young people for adulthood.

The environments are safe and homely, with a focus on developing independence skills. The services include:

Preparing young people for adulthood
Priory Adult Care’s expert team will work together with each education leaver, their parents or carers, the local authority, and staff at their current school or college, to assess and agree what support the young person will need from Priory Adult Care in the next stage of their life. This includes:
- Where they will live
