The assessment awarded Farleigh Further Education College the top rating in, quality of service, outcomes for young people, safeguarding and leadership and management. The report highlighted that the college "provides excellent provision for the students in their care. Students achieve very successful outcomes enhancing their life chances when they leave the college". It also said the overriding impact of the college was "the improvement in the progress the students make in their educational, personal, social and cultural development. Key to this is the excellent relationships that exist between staff and the students which enable the students to grow in confidence and independence".
The assessment also reported that parents were positive about their children's progress, commenting "they could not believe the change in their child for the better" and they said this was all down to the college. Parents also said that staff made them feel welcome on visits to the college and put them at ease, enabling them to fully take part in meetings.
