The Warren

Welcome to The Warren

Situated within a rural area between two villages in Cambridgeshire, The Warren is a warm, safe and nurturing children’s home.

Rated ‘Outstanding’ by Ofsted, The Warren supports up to five males aged 8 18 years with sexually harmful behavior (SHB) and emotional and/or behavioral difficulties (EBD).

Supporting the needs of the young people

The Warren has a dedicated and welcoming staff team. The home adopts a nurturing family style approach, providing young people a stable home to thrive and be children again, whilst affording them opportunities to make choices, support coping mechanism, learning and understanding of individual risks.

Our aim is that young people achieve an enhanced degree of emotional stability though individualised care planning and target setting, and to provide support to help the young people lead fulfilling, happy, meaningful lives and prepare them for adulthood.

  • Support for males aged 8 to 18 years with sexually harmful behavior (SHB) and emotional and/or behavioral difficulties (EBD)

  • A large detached property with large paddocks and garden
  • 5 individual bedrooms which young people are encouraged to personalise
  • A range of communal areas, including a kitchen, therapy room, games room and spacious cinema room
  • A dedicated and passionate staff team, including a highly qualified and experienced Registered Manager
  • Strong links with local provisions, including mainstream and specialist education services
  • A focus on developing daily living skills, with achievements acknowledged and praised
  • Access to a wide range of planned on-site and community based activities
