Originally part of an 18th Century farmhouse, Sally Barn has been rebuilt using the original stone but to the highest standards. The property provides accommodation for up to six young people, has a modern kitchen and bathrooms.
Sally Barn is suited to students who:
- Need to develop greater independence and self-help skills in preparation for leaving School and/or independent living
- Younger pupils who are being considered for a return home but who need to develop less dependence and greater self-control

- Two first-floor bedrooms which share a bathroom

The Quarter
The Quarter is well located in Newchurch, close to local amenities such as Marl Pits recreational area and the Rossendale Dance and Drama studio. In 2004, the property underwent a major renovation programme to create four luxury flats, providing accommodation for up to six young people in total.
The Quarter is suited to students who:
- Are older adolescents being prepared for further education or moving into a work environment
- Younger secondary aged pupils being considered for a return to home but needing to develop less adult dependence and greater self-control
- Younger children who need a nurturing environment (upstairs flats)
