Enrichment options

Alongside their main course, students have the option to get involved with a number of enrichment projects which allow them to develop key skills such as team work and communication whilst doing something fun and rewarding. Enrichment Options include:

  • Awesome Autism
    • Get involved in writing, editing, designing and distributing our monthly printed newsletter
  • Weather Station
    • Collect data, learn how to use a spreadsheet and work with basic statistics
  • Breakfast club
    • Be a part of running a small business and spend the profits you make on a group activity

Recognising progress

At the end of every academic year, Priory College Swindon holds a Leavers’ Ceremony for students, parents and other key individuals such as mainstream college tutors. Students are presented with certificates of achievement, as well as certificates of qualification and staff make a short speech about each student, detailing their ‘college journey’, key achievements and personal qualities.
