We will respect the wishes and feelings of the young people and support the young people’s right to make their own decisions and choices. The home will promote the right to participation ensuring that the young people access services in ways that enable them full involvement and the opportunity to participate and experience new challenges in the local community. We will endeavour to focus on the strengths of the young people and build skills which can be transferred to adulthood.
