Priory Education and Children's Services provide specialist education and care for young people from 5 to 25 years old. We have schools, colleges and children's homes designed to meet the needs of children with:
- Challenging emotional and behavioural difficulties
- Autistic spectrum disorders including Asperger’s syndrome
- Complex and severe learning difficulties
- Specific learning difficulties associated with dyslexia
In addition, we have a small fostering service which provides stable foster care placements in warm and welcoming family homes in the West Midlands and South West of England.
Our goal is clear: to provide the highest quality of education and care in a safe and positive environment that enables every child to achieve the best possible outcomes. That involves listening to every young person in our school and involving them in their own education, care and transition plans.
More than that, we work hard to equip the young people in our care with the skills to live independently and also offer them stimulating and engaging activities that contribute to their physical and mental health.
Whether you are a teacher, a therapist, a child care worker, a support worker or registered manager, you could find the perfect role as part of our growing team. As long as you enjoy working with young people and want to be part of a team that is setting standards of innovation in their education and care, we can promise you an excellent career environment.
