Priory Education and Children’s Services attended the British Boarding Schools Workshop (BBSW) in London last month.
During the training day, our expert Adam Foster delivered a seminar on identifying Autism, ADHD and other Special Educational Needs (SEN) in children.
About the training day
The BBSW event was a training day for educational consultants who recruit pupils for British boarding schools. The purpose of the workshop was to ensure they are kept up-to-date and informed about a wide range of issues in relation to their role, and on this occasion the programme included special educational needs, BTECS, immigration and entrance tests.
There was over 60 educational consultants at the event representing over 30 countries including China, Russia, Kenya, France, Bulgaria and Vietnam to name a few.
Adam’s presentation and the workshop received outstanding feedback from all those that attended. One consultant said: “It was truly a wonderful event and I found it to be very informative and highly beneficial.”
